Being charged for non existing phone

I have a 2 year contract with Vodacom which is ending soon. I received an sms that my contract is coming to an end. To my suprise when I called them today to check what I am paying for and how much sice I have finished paying for the handset.. I was advised that I am paying for an insurance which I refused to take at the beginning of the contract as it was too pricey. I have been advised by a Lady with a stinking attitude called Barbara. She advised I took the insurance online whereas my phone was bought from Vofacom shop. Then I asked her her how much was I being charged. She told me its R40 or R41 I can't recall. I then told her there is no way the Note 9 insurance can be R40 and she told me note 9 was not covered instead Y5. I've NEVER owned Y5 and can never buy a R20 000 phone and settled to be paid R2500 for insurance. She was very rude and requested the the papers where I had signed for the insurance l. I asked for the ref no, she said there is no revenue no and then called Vofacom insurance after 10 min. Guess what??? I got a different story. I have been advised I was covered for note 9 and when I asked how much was I being charged the lady said R41 and then realised there was a mistake. She told.me no way and asked me to hold. She kept me on hold for a while. She came back advising me to let her cancel the policy then they will refund me for all the months I have been paying for. I refused to cancel as I also need to have it jotted down before they manipulate everything at vodacom simingly they are ****** they debit an amount on your account for 2 years for something you did not approve and the phone you don't even own!!!. I need an explanation for the two different stories and want my.money back!!!

These people lie. They keep saying they have called me and yet they haven't. Well they have done it again the **********. I have just upgraded and took two tablets and was asked if I need insurance. I said no. To my suprise when I get an email with the amount to pay it says R259 initial contract R199. I called their call.center I am informed that I had an insurance which I knew nothing about the one I queried before and still hasn't been attended to. Then she advised me that they also added insurance again on the new upgrade whereas I made it clear that I don't want it. What the hell is wrong with Vodacom. I want my refund for the years I have paid for the insurance as the phone I own costs more than R20 000 there is no way it can be covered for just R48?.would they have replaced it if it was ******. These people should stop lying that they can't get hold of me
