Being charged for CANCELLED Insurance

I have called Vodacom insurance countless of times to cancel my insurance, since January, they claim that it's cancelled but I am sitting here still being charged insurance (invoice received yesterday).

CAN YOU PLEASE SORT IT OUT, CANCEL AND REFUND ME MY MONEY.

WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT DOING THAT????

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PHONE CALLS AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS IF NOTHING IS DONE?
