Being cancelled if you dont deliver a service

After receiving a laptop and got redirected time an and time again. Drove 6x 55km to the shop because the promised online technician cant help me. 15months later and now they cancel my line after i have made payments every month. After so many attempts to access the accounts department with no success. Now my account has been frozen and I can do anything because i am paying for what I use and pay for....
