Being bul**** by vodacom

Being bul**** I have a problem with Vodacom since 2015 and now the handed me over to their lawyers. In 2013 i took out two data contracts with Vodacom for 24 months. At the end of the 2years i wanted to upgrade my contracts and the consultant that handled my case went and opened 2 new contracts. After fighting with them for months over this issue i put a complained on hellopeter. Afterworths a person from their head office was assigned to my case. He than emailed me to say the 2 new data lines was cancelled. The two old lines was never upgraded so I cancelled them. Now after two years they lawyers called to me say i own than almost R4000 for the 2 new lines the person in their head office assured me was cancelled. Now their lawyers is dining me non stop on both my cellphone and work fone. Can you please help me with this matter as I'm at withs end on what to do.
