Being bul**** by Vodacom

I have been trying to get out of my contract with Vodacom for about a year now as I stipulated that I did not want to pay more than a certain amount per month when I made an agreement with Vodacom, they ignored my side of this agreement and have since pushed the price up past my agreed amount twice. I have phoned them to cancel only to be put through sales pitch after sales pitch when all I want is to never give them a cent of my money again and cancel my contract with them as my contact term is ending with them so from my side I have jumped through their hoops only for more to appear. I have been with them for 17 years and still they waste my time and energy by using bully tactics. I advise everyone not to use Vodacom!
