BEING BILLED FOR AN ******* DEAL AS I DON'T HAVE THE HANDSET OR SIGNED FOR THE DEAL

So about 3 months ago I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter that Vodacom Galleria took it upon themselves to upgrade my cellphone and process a deal and charge me for the entire package WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE, when I merely made an inquiry.

Vodacom saw to my complaint etc, Galleria phoned to say they would reverse the deal as I did not receive the 2 new handsets or sign for the new deal. The manager of Galleria store contacted me and advised that he will reverse everything........blah blah blah, and surprise the salesperson doesn't work there anymore!! In my mind I was saying to myself lets see what happens.

And then I receive my statement/billing and surprise surprise.......nothing has been done. I am still being charged for the new handsets, WHICH I DON'T HAVE and the new package deal THAT I DID NOT SIGN FOR!!!

I clearly stated on my previous Hello Peter complaint that I will not pay this account until such time it has been rectified, WHICH IT HASN'T.

AND again I get a letter from Vodacom to say they are putting me on "notice" as I have not paid my account FOR A HANDSET AND PACKAGE THAT I DID NOT SIGN FOR!!!

VODACOM is clearly doing ******* deals and sending out ******* bills!!!

VODACOM you are ridiculous !!!!!! Clearly the only way for you to stay in business is to rip people off !!!!!
