being accused of unauthorised repair

I am very upset with the response from the repair centre of Vodacom that accused me of unauthorised repairing of my blackberry phone although I have sent the handset to them on several occasions due to a problem with the charging block.I have paid them the 1st time but the problem re-occurred and returned it to them without any luck of the problem being solved.
