Being accused of bad debt

I just want to say how extremely upset I am with the service from Vodacom Meyersdal I went to apply for a contract last year I got told I have no debt to make debt. Fine I got a clothing account as well as a car through wesbank I app**** again on 20th nov 2015 and the consultant said I'm approved and bring your statements etc. I bring it and I get told I got bad debt (extremely embarrassed) I pulled a report from tram Union to see my credit rating and its 100% witch I gave to the consultant she said she will contact me asap up till date still no response at all , Reason being I needed a phone as I was going to Limpopo and needed a new phone so I could be contacted so this was real inconvince for me Not happy at all. Do I have to go to FNB connect? As I get no help from Vodacom.
