Being a Vodacom customer is being exposed / vulnerable to *****

I have been *****ed twice in a row. The first time a cellphone upgrade was done in 1 of the Vodacom shops / outlets without me being present. Apparently it was done in December 2017, all I saw was a debit order coming off my account in Jan. 2nd time - in April I received an SMS saying my quote of vetting has been approved, I phoned the same day, the consultant promised to cancel it. End of May 2017, +- R2000 was debited off my acc. Phoned call centre & sent email to complaint early - to date no response from Vodacom
