Being a valued customer does not count

I have 11 lines with Vodacom and now am due with a few of them. All i want to do is have one simple upgrade for a device that costs R99pm and they say they are unable to assist as i cant afford R99 according to them?? BUT they are willing to give me another contract(one i dont want) at R594pm.. this does not make sense. I will now start cancelling all lines and move somewhere else as Vodacom do not want to keep customers.
