********* behavior-Vodacom Business

If I could, the rating would ve ZERO-.

The back story- Our company has been a loyal Vodacom customer for about 20 years. In PARTICULAR loyal to our sales consultant from a local Vodashop since 2009 (15 years) Jarrod @Vodacom Key west.

I have been phoned NUMEROUS times from Vodacom Business to please upgrade on the phone and promised better deals, we however always return to Jarrod to do our dealings, upgrades and issue handling with which he is a Star and always helpful and efficient.

Today (20,05,2024) at 11:58 I was contacted from Vodacom business ***) And the following was said to me "I see you used to do business with Jarrod, he is unfortunately no longer with vodacom and I'll be handling your business account from now on"

I asked for a email to be sent as I do not want to do changes and upgrades over the phone (no email received to date)

My issue however is that someone at Vodacom is misleading customers, someone with all our business info is phoning us pretending that our sales consultant (in an actual shop) is no longer working at/ for vodacom. (Thus *****ing the franchisees money and income from the consultant) Someone is doing ************ business and Vodacom gives access to OUR PERSONAL and business information to people that are ********* and blatantly lying.

Jarrod is however STILL working at vodashop Keywest, he still has an employer paying royalties or whatnot to Vodacom, but "vodacom business" is *****ing THEIR customers with blatant lies.
