Begging your agents to cancel my Contract

On the 27th of August I called Vodacom to cancel my contract, the guy who assisted me tried to sell me some more other things but I explain to him that he should call me the next day but for now I would like my contract to be cancelled as my lunch was up. It looks like the agent did not cancel because I did not get any email or messages confirming that I have cancelled, yesterday I took my time again and called vodacom cancellations and Gosh I don’t think there’s any other company that disrespected me the way Vodacom agents did, firstly I spoke to an agent called Densil or something along those lines, who told the way I failed security questions therefore he is unable to help me, by the way I was just only requesting for proof of cancellation as I had called the day before, I even asked him why do I have to bag you vodacom people to get my contract cancelled, the way he spoke to really did show that he did not care, I asked to speak to a manat or supervisor he refused, he transferred me to another college who said she is Nthabiseng, when I asked for her surname she said she dosent have a surname. vodacom Agents are very rude, I honestly felt like I had to beg them to cancel my contract. They are very rude, mean and disrespectful. Why do I have to beg people to cancel my contract? I don’t think I have ever been disrespected by people like that ever in my Life!!!
