BEEN WAITING FOR COPY OF CONTRACT SINCE 4/8

I requested a copy of my cellphone contract from Vodacom on 4/8/2015. I phoned to follow up on 7 August and they told me it could take 7-14 days. I phoned again today and was told by a lady that the request has not been sent through and she will send it through and it normally takes 48hrs for your request to be answered. This will be going on 3 weeks now, just wanting to get a copy of my contract.
