been waiting for 4 weeks for phone to be collected

I have done an upgrade on one of my business contracts and they delivered the wrong colour phone.<br> The phone has been lying in the safe for over 4 weeks and vodacom has not instructed the courier to collect the phone. Have called them more than 20 times spoke to consultants, supervisors and floor managers and nobody has made any action to get the phone delivered. <br>
