Been waiting 3 months for Vodacom fibre installation...

I have been waiting since March for Vodacom to install my router for fibre connection. I called on the 6th May 2021, and they said its scheduled for installation on the 24th May. I called them again on the 8th June as I did not receive any contact to make arrangements for installation. I then only received a service request and number. It is the 21st of June, and I still haven't received any contact with regards to installation.
