Been trying to upgrade for over a month

On the 18th of JULY 2022, I upgraded online. The courier company delivering my phone was hijacked and I had to wait for the internal investigation, and then for Vodacom to cancel my order before I could try upgrading again (I understand that this is South Africa and I was still patient at this point because it's not Vodacom or the courier company's fault). The many call centre agents I spoke to said that they will call me as soon as it is cancelled, but they didn't, so I eventually went into a physical store. After numerous calls between the store employee and the call centre, they said that there is nothing they could do but that they would keep me updated, but they didn't. FINALLY, after a month of calling them, I managed to get the cancellation and I upgraded online again. After waiting a few days and seeing no activity on my account I called again. The agent said the application had gone through but convinced me to change my order to a better phone and said I should phone and cancel the previous order. I did. Lo and behold, my delivery finally came but it was wrong!!! They delivered two phones. 1) The wrong phone on my upgraded number and 2) the right phone but on a new line. I phoned the call centre and was told that I have to return both phones (which I was told could take between 7 and 14 working days to be collected), wait for Vodacom to cancel the order, and then upgrade again! I now have 2 expensive, uninsured phones that I am worried are going to be damaged or ******, but no actual phone that I can use so have to borrow from a friend. To top it all off, I just got bank notifications that I have been charged the first month's pro rata rate for both contracts. It has been 38 days and I have spoken to at least 15 Vodacom employees, I just want this sorted now.
