been treatned by call center agent

Lungu had called regarding a promotion, she handed the call over to Hugeshin who insisted on getting my bank details after telling him I do not have the details and the number he gave me ask for the details I don't have he proceeds to calling me a lair. I then hang up but he calls about 3times more saying he has me detaiils and will find me and he will take my money from me bank acc. Is this the way vodacom plans on getting clients by treatening them...?? So digusted and I have been their client for the pass 13yrs!
