Bebt paid off but never closed

I had an account at Vodacom which i fully paid in 2018 and took new contract I took a cellphone and Router of none of these devices worked so i returned both of them back to Vodacom. I am shocked to see that they have listed me on ITC. i want this debt sorted and cleared on my ITC with immediate effect.
