Pathetic service and surprisingly you managed to hire staff that proves you can still be useless and have a job in south africa you guys have been "escalating" an issue with our WIFI for almost a month yet when its time to pay your systems seem to come to life again. I must congratulate you on reaching new levels of incompetence know to mankind. my whole family is on a vodacom contract paid by e and one by one as our term finishes we migrate. Why do you even bother providing a service you clearly are faiing at supplying. Absolute garbage from the service all the way upto the executives i will be reporting this to the NCA im a consumer and im being charged for a product you are unable to supply i have all the false promises your staff members made with documented dates. you think you can hide behind **** promises because your staff is not accountable.
