BE WARNED, UPGRADING A VODACOM CONTRACT AT ISTORE SANDTON DRIVE CAN HAVE HIDDEN COSTS.

In March 2018 I qualified to upgrade from a VODACOM Red VIP to Red Premium and did the upgrade at ISTORE SANDTON DRIVE. The consultant at ISTORE SANDTON DRIVE at no stage advised me that I would be billed for both the Red VIP and Red Premium contracts during the same month. The double billing was significant! VODACOM are referring me to ISTORE and ISTORE are handing the problem back to VODACOM. My frustration is that after spending more than 3 hours on the phone to VODACOM and almost 2 hours at ISTORE SANDTON I still cannot access any person with the authority to make a decision that will assist. Be warned, upgrading your VODACOM contract at an ISTORE is a major risk should you have any account related problems.
