⚠️ Be Very Careful with Vodacom! ⚠️ I feel completely cheated by Vodacom. In the past two weeks, I’ve apparently used almost 50GB of data, which is absolutely impossible based on my usage. In one week alone, they claim I used 30GB—something that just doesn’t add up. Either there’s a serious error on their side or data is just vanishing into thin air! To make matters worse, in November, I purchased R500 worth of data, and the money was deducted from my account, but I never received the data. I phoned Vodacom immediately and they admitted they could see the transaction, but still—no data, no refund, no help. Honestly, I’m disappointed and frustrated. This kind of service is unacceptable. Be careful when dealing with Vodacom, especially when it comes to data. Always keep proof of your purchases and check your usage constantly. Something is very wrong here.
