Be carefull opening a Vodacom Contract

In this day and age you have to guard your personal info. Unfortunately there comes a time when we have to provide that information to someone. In good faith we trust big well known companies to care for our sensitive information. In short, I went to game to open a new Vodacom data contract during October last year. If only I knew what I was in for. Since then my bank details are being used to pay for other people's accounts. I exhausted every possible way to contact Vodacom. (I work overseas so it is difficult and expensive to call, but I tried. To REPLY to an email can't be that hard??) I recieved one phone call from Vodacom, acknowledging my complaint, but since then not even a mail! I provided every piece of information they requested. But I have not heard back from them since. I emailed their ***** department, sent my wife to their stores. Sent customer service request. Tried to call their short +27082 numbers from abroad. ( they do not work by the way!) And all Vodacom does is Nothing! Where have Noluvuyo Mgwangqa Dissappeared to? I am running to hello Peter to try and get a Vodacom's attention? Why? How is it possible that this can happen? Be very carefull providing your bank details to anyone. No telling what they will do with it. And if it is Vodacom, don't expect any help when things go wrong. Chances are they won't even reply to your emails.

Reviewer Update
7 days after this review, Vodacom sent me an email. Requesting the same information the lady on the phone requested almost a month ago. Then they disappeared again. No contact what so ever. No reply on any of my emails. In the meantime my bank details changed. So Vodacom could not deduct more money from my account. Now you people want to fine me! You have to be joking! Vodacom owes me money. I need to fine you! Vodacom sucks! Be carefull you don't recieve any help from this company!
