Be careful - you will lose everything

In the past 4 months I have: 1. Not received the correct speed (resolved) 2. Not received the refund for not getting the correct speed (apparently resolved - no one can confirm) 3. Lost connection completely throughout the day (this past 2 weeks) (server cannot be found) Then the best, in the past 2 days: 4. Been hung up on twice 5. Been on the phone with vodacom fibre for 3 hours (1 phone call was 1h26m long) 6. Been misplaced (no one can find my serial number on my profile - they have a completely different one) I need to give it to them every time which I actually believe is the main reason for these issues. 7. Told to reset my router TWICE (the agent even counted my 10 seconds down). I was told this was the worst thing to do on my final call this evening.

I just want decent constant connection - is that too much to ask for? But most importantly - if there is a problem (which happens) why can’t the call centre actually try help? I get they are not specialists but wow they really sound like they are being forced to work, that they are under paid and that Vodacom is a really bad employer. I cannot believe this huge company, represented by the 9/10 people I have spoken to, behave in this manner. The employees are not interested at all. I’m too small for Vodacom to care.

Current state of affairs - since I have received my correct speeds there have been endless issues. I have, this week alone, contacted vodacom (***) over 10 times; I don’t have any internet connections. Today (Saturday) I have been on the phone with Vodacom for 3 hours!! I have exams to write online and thanks to Vodacom I have failed one because My connection terminated, I was connected via LAN cable. I dont understand.

Why do I have to go through this???? Vodacom please can you give me the connection!

My internet light keeps flashing, all other lights are on. Help?

SR***
