BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TAKE A CONTRACT FROM VODACOM BECAUSE ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT AT THE END OF ITS TERM

I had contracts with Vodacom which I bought at killarney mall, when the contract was about to expire I went to cancel the contracts at killarney mall and they tell me they cannot cancel my contract as they are not allowed to cancel yet they allowed to sell contracts instead they gave me a number to call which I made numerous calls and nothing was done about it, yet they upgraded my contracts eventually after two months I went to Vodacom midrand their head office which they also to phone, I asked the guy to kindly reverse these upgrades and he said the cancellations department has to deal with this so I asked him to get the upgrades reversed only to be told that I have to wait another 7days maybe for a reversal, I told him that I am going to escalate this because I am tired of waiting he gave me reference numbers as follows 1- ***, 1- ***, *** , I am a pensioner, my prepaid cell number which I am using presently is ***, I feel these sales people at Vodacom con artists to make a quick sale into upgrades and when you go to the Vodacom one gets no joy for service yet Vodashops are quick to sell you contracts Krishna Govender
