BE AWARE OF VODACOM - NEVER CONTRACT WITH VODACOM SERVICE ATTROCIOUS
BE AWARE OF VODACOM - NEVER CONTRACT WITH VODACOM SERVICE ATTROCIOUS “Since 2019 I have had numerous complaints regarding the broadband we are using from Vodacom. Answers like we having too much equipment connected also calls for a dispute as my old Samsung 7edge which I have sold in 2017 is still reflecting, hence I do not trust anything from Vodacom. Some days we just had no internet, Vodacom advising me Hub problems etc all ridiculous so called problems. Some days I have tested the speed, resulted in 0.32mbps, which is actually laughable. And so my complaints continued without an action or reply from Vodacom. In February 2020 I have requested Vodacom to come and collect their utterly atrocious equipment as we cannot run a business with this kind of broadband connectivity and paying a disgustingly R1 793 per month, and I sourced alternative internet connection seeing that Vodacom just don’t care to assist in any way. The mails I have sent in February 2020 was read by Vodacom, however no action, as Vodacom just don't care. This also sufficed as my notice. I have paid my debit order continuously up to end March 2020, thereafter I have requested my bank to return the debit orders, where after I immediately paid the accounts for my other services, being 4 invoices and deducted the amount for the broadband and paid it via EFT. I have continuously being harassed by Vodacom that I am in arrears which I am not. If Vodacom cannot execute the service properly I will not be at the losing end of this. I have had numerous correspondence with Vodacom, even Lwazi Xulu advising me via email that I must contact and I quote " Please be advised that your PAM is Tshepo Mpebe : ***" why must I do it, Vodacom should contact me in any event if a person do phone Vodacom you are sent from pillar to post, hence I will not waste my time and airtime trying to resolve via telephone. Once again there is just no pride in the work and the customer must be at the losing end. If this continues I will have no option to cancel my contracts with Vodacom which was incepted in 1995 and move over to MTN. On another note just to prove to you how atrocious is the service from Vodacom on 9 October 2018 I have contacted Vodacom on *** to cancel some of my contracts, which to date has not been cancelled. Why I did not follow it up was to, maybe just proceed with the contracts - however the requests should have been executed, once again utterly **** service. Please note I will NOT pay for the Broadband service that I am so called in arrears. Maybe it is time Vodacom take pride in how they are treating their loyal 25 years customers, however I get the impression Vodacom just don't care as they are with anything else they are doing. They have subsequently since yesterday afternoon blocked my telephone lines, which is uncalled for as the telephones are personal telephones and the broadband is a business related issue. To date Vodacom did not attempt to resolve this issue. Vodacom has also suspended both the two telephones that bear no relevance to the issue as the phones are private and the Broadband is a business issue, hence again Vodacom cannot establish between ethics. VODACOM JUST DON'T CARAE THEY ARE IN ANY EVENT JUST MAKING MONEY AND NAILING THE PUBLIC.
SOUTH AFRICA - DO NOT CONTRACT WITH VODACOM, they will not try and find an amicable solution. They are just so untouchable.
