Be aware of Vodacom

There is an problem with my Vodacom account. I have the statement and can see the problem. However, this is the 4th complain I write on Hello Peter and still nothing has been resolved. Dear Vodacom please to not reply to this review with you copy and paste promises of contacting me. You did try to contact me twice in a very short amount of time while I was driving. I have requested for someone to contact me...and have given a fair time when you can contact me (8 - 4) during the day. Still to today no one have contacted me. I will refuse to pay anything further should this issue not be resolved. This issue has being going on from the 1st of Feb....it is now the 22nd. I promise that I will keep writing reviews until this issue is resolved. Looking forward to your immediate response.

I can see from your reply that you didn't even read my complain. So I guess no one is going to contact me again. I can also copy and paste...and will keep on doing this everyday until the issue is resolved. This is ridiculous. There is an problem with my Vodacom account.
