Baywest Vodacom Shop

I went to try order a contract phone at Baywest Vodacom shop more than a month ago and was keep getting told they would be in contact with me. Unfortunately I phoned them 2 weeks ago and customer care told them to be in contact with me as well. I have not heard ONCE from them and I find that is really shocking service. However, I ordered my phone somewhere else, still from vodacom, and my phone is on its way to me.

I will never step my foot inside Baywest Vodacom shop as they do not know anything about customer service.
