baught a samsung S6 edge no hope

hi my name is elandre on the 19 december 2015 i bought a samsung S6 edge last night i put the phone on charge and the next moment there was smoke coming out of the carging socket of the phone so the phone is now damaged vodacom said they wont exchange the phone but its only 2 months old i paid R13 500 fot it but no luck second phone i bought there that made nonsense every time no they going to sent it to their technical department so R13500 down the drain as they dont want to give me a new phone as i demanded because it was a christmas present to me now i must wait im not satisfied with vidacom ot is not a phone that can be opened as it will start giving more troubles i would love someone to help me i want a new phone what if my house burnt down??
