Battle to find life at planet Vodacom/fone beyond call center operators.
Write a previous review on ******* contracts that just keep on dragging. Once hurdle crossed, Vodacom accepted the contract was ******* that was renewed/extended in August 2022. Now to get Vodacom to admin and process a credit for the ******* collection of funds via debit order is the new fight. STill notning. Here is my new email to various addresses : Please arrange a meeting with a person that has decision making authority fro Thursday 25 September any time between 11h00 and 14h00 to discuss and probably resolve this 3 year issue where Vodacon ignored anything we said until about July 2025 since August 20232.
Thank you.
I will repeat this request on Hello Peter as well as show the list of email addresses. 'Yetisha Roshelle Mushfieldt, Vodacom (External)'; 'Deolene Bailey, Vodacom (External)' 'Kgathatso Magatsela, Vodacom (External)'; '***'; '***'
The last answer we got, was from *** on 18 July 2025 when she noted " Kindly note that we have logged the refund for review and approval with the credits team and will advise once feedback is received accordingly" What does this mean - and answer in three years that indicate the decision was negative?
Surely Vodacom have people that do not only work on "Customer Dissatisfaction" or any other call centre people. Real people that can actually make decisions, or must we wait until AI is folly deployed for that?
Looking for any form of life on Planet Vodacom/Fone.
Guess what as at 14h00 on Tuesday, there is nothing as yet. Not a peep.
But, Vodacom's business team could suspend outgoing calls because they refused to answer any emails and telephone queries for this credit note for the last 3 months. That is after it took nearly 3 years to get Vodacom to acknowledge that the 2 renewals of a dead contract were *******.
SO I guess very little chance for a face to face meeting with a decision maker about the amount that Vodacom must refund.
Is there anybody out there??? Or already on long weekend???

The last email received was on 19 September 2025, wherein you demand payment within 7 days otherwise you suspend service - from 19 to 23 September 2025 is NOT 7 days, even in a country with 30% pass rate.
So for how long will this HelloPeter Team keep the query in hand? The first step to place the *****ulent upgrade /renewals in the open, took a month short of 3 years. A week, a month, 6 months - how long will the team need?
That is why I requested a meeting for today (25 September 2025) with somebody with some decision making authority to dicus it and to finalise it. Is too much to ask to have interaction with an actual human?
Looking forward to receiving the alleged email of 22 September 2025. Maybe still stuck at SAPO JNB?
