Battery Charger dead - no offer to assist
I have a brand new Samsung Note 4 with a faulty charger. The shop at which I got the phone cannot replace the charger and the repair centre wants to book in the phone and the charger for repairs!!!<br> <br> This company has a VERY strange way of working!!!
