Battery

Bought a tablet from MTN Richardsbay, the battery gone dead and I want to purchase a new, MTN can't help and so all other shops in town, I wrote to Huawei headoffice and the rep**** by telling me to contact Wodaworld in Gauteng. The lady told my she can't help but put me true to their service department, they took all my details and said that they would come back to me, now 4 days and still waiting.<br> How difficult can it be to find a tablet battery?<br> Thanks A Schutte Richardsbay
