battery

Good day<br> I recieved my tablet in march 2014 and in december booked it in for repairs, the tablet was booked in for freezing and battery trouble, I was told the battery was out of guarantee however I was never informed that a batteries guarantee is now only 6months, if they assess my battery they would see that it played up during those 6 months, the corners of my tablet were returned all damaged as they mustve forced it open, they replaced the screen which means tbey crac,ed it opening it, I just feel that in lieu of the consumer act this device should be replaced as im sitting with damaged goods!!
