Batteries out of order

At 18:28 on Tuesday 6 October the electricity went out for about 3 mins. My computers and routers are on UPSs and can survive such an interruption. Interestingly Vodacom's 3G towers (either Kameeldrift or Baviaan****rt or both) went off. This is an indication that - once again - the batteries supporting your towers (which is suppose to eliminate an interruption in service/signal) have not been working. Either you have not serviced them or they have been ****** and you do not know about it because you do not check regularly. Please fix this as the signal is of critical importance in country areas like ours.
