Baseplay Vodacom ****?
My Vodacom account has been debited with a service called "Baseplay Max". We found a spammy SMS that says congratulations you have subscribed for a one day free trial, thereafter R15 per day. At the date and time of the so-called subscription I was nowhere near my phone. Searching these pages tell me this is not an isolated incident. Shame on Vodacom for allowing this to continue on their billing system.

It seems my complaint wasn't read in full — the issue around content services, which I specifically pointed out, was merely "picked up" without proper context or resolution. It makes no sense that a complaint of this nature isn't followed up properly. For a company the size of Vodacom, this is concerning.
Please advise on how this will be addressed.
