Basebone/uchat
I was charged for a subscription for uchat or basebone or something like that...I never even heard of it?how does it happen that this people can activate stuff on my account without me even knowing?This tells me that my account with vodacom is not safe at all and anyone can just add to my monthly bill without my permission?Vodacom must show me the proof that my number accepted this subscription please.I mean how can this evene happen.this makes me feel very unsafe to use vodacom.
