Basebone *******
I have for the past 6 months tried to remove "content service" basebone from my account, I have on numerous occasions called, mailed etc and have also been given the assurance that it's been corrected just to have the item "appear" on my account the next month, I am convinced this is a scheme with which Vodacom is involved and generating revenues from, please let us know if anyone else is having the same issue, these guys simply add the line item to your bill and hope no one sees it, they a bunch of *******.

14 Nov 2018, 10:19So here we go again, last month I had a 20 min telephone discussion with an operator, whom assured me that all subscription services have been disabled and that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to subscribe to any content, he also assured me that BASEBONE have been removed and that I would be reimbursed the charge - GUESS WHAT - same thing on my account for this month, BASEBONE is back - and yet again I will be forced to talk to someone about it - WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED - VODACOM - get this sorted or I will cancel my services with you and take all the employee contract we have with you and give it to someone else - WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!
