bar activation

hello!

i am so frustrated and at this point i'm annoyed, vodacom keeps locking my network, this month alone i laterally call them twice a week if not three times cause they keep blocking my phone, i have paid them in advance! i don't owe them, and every time they tell me its the collections department when asked to be put through to them , they are also just as clueless! they advised that have escalated my matter to the collections manager, till to date i am still waiting for the call, only for them to block my phone again this morning!!!! i am not gong to call you again! can y'all unlock my phone this is getting tiring and worse my 50GB is finish! how when have of the time y'all kept my phone off!!!! i want this sorted asap. imagine having t borrow someone's phone to contact y''all for **** sakes i cant even use your ow services!!! this is just wrong! fix it! y'all are too expensive for this ****ty service..
