Bank charges after change of banking details was communicated

I communicated the change of my banking details with Vodacom, after which I received communication from Vodacom asked for a letter to be fax through to them. I did that and it was not updated on the Vodacom system which result in my failed debit orders.

A complained was log reference number S3-G3W2P-PBK7Z and S3-G3W2P-P0OE8. I received confirmation that Vodacom is busy looking into this allowing 72 hours (this expired), but not any more communication except for the irritating computerised phone call.

I am not prepared to pay bankcharges for something that was not my mistake, and only discover now that my phone is not working anymore.

The result of this experience is that I will cancel all my contracts with Vodacom as they reach their end date.
