Ive a contract with vodacom, since October or November 2013. Within the first 4 months I had problems with my phone. After ive send it in for repairs the FIRST time they issued me with a refurbished phone with a mising IMEI number. . This refurbished phone is now in for repairs for the fifth time. Why are they unable to retrieve the Imei number by dialing that * something* something# number in order to retrieve the Imei number? ! Why did they issue me with a refurbished phone in the first place? Im still paying on that contract and I need a new phone. 2x they said that my phone have water damage. This is a lie!! The main problem is the ImEI number and that they are unable tto repair the phone. I have cancer and is 80% bedridden. My phone are not exposed to water, cream or perfume.
