balances R0.00 after fone off over night

so my wife wakes up this morning tries to message my kids driver cause my kid sick and not going into school and vodacom sends sms with zero balances. i put on my fone attempt the same thing and get zero balances. which is wierd cause yesterday i bought airtime and data. i call vodacom they tell me im lying as i served the internet from 00.02 till 6.45 this morning. doesnt those times seem odd as my previous interaction before that was at round about 10pm...the answer i get is thier system shows that so its true. while my fone was off......this is ******* i want answers cause that is theft you *****ing my money Vodacom. must i first waste money on billboards before i get answers. this service is disgusting
