Balances not viewable

<p>On the 12th of March I logged a call because I could not view my data balances of my contracts under my Main Mobile Number ********** 879. Two days later I call back just to be told my call was closed saying that the problem was rectified, another call was logged on the 14th March Ref: 1- ********** ********** , later I unwittingly find an sms on one of my data contracts saying that I must deregister my number on Vodacom and reregister it. I tried this and I did deregister my number, now it won't reregister saying that my ID number if existing for another number. I did call in and another call was logged Ref: 1- ********** ********** . Still to this day I am not able to view my data bundle or re-register my mobile number and to this day vodacom has provided no feedback to me regarding any of this. I have also declared on several calls (That I made and are Recorded) that I will not be held laible if my data goes over my limit as I have no way of viewing my limits. I have also called in to check them and have had endless trouble from some call centre agents. This is the second hellopeter complaint I have laid in as many months, what going vodacom.</p>
