balance not available for promotions

Vodacom very generously gave a 1G data package for R39 for Sat and Sun but there is no way of checking how much is left of it. You can try *111# or login via the web to your account but no easy way of checking!! do I just keep using until the data runs out then the airtime I have gets munched at R2 per meg? Vodacom thanks for the promotion but please make an easy way to keep tabs on balance
