Bait and Switch advertising. False advertising

I went to the Vodacom branch in Nicolway in response to an ad Facebook (screenshots set to Vodacom customer services - response"So dad. Too bad") and only once they had ported my new number, before even discussing the available plans and when IQueried why I was quoted R150 more than the plan on Facebook and offered none of the accessories I was told it was too late and basically had to suck it up. I can't afford to be out of contact and my number was already ported. I would like my contract to reflect the one I wanted in the first place and the extras as advertised.
