Bait Adverti*****t/Bad Serves/non Resolve 3 Month

Vodacom phoned me about a Laptop deal. Deal i7, 750 gig hard drive for amount of R329 pm. On arrival it was not a i7 laptop but a entry level celeron. Vodacom was contacted and they said that they will listen to recording but apparently no recording was found. Contract canceled but took us multiple calls(1 Month) for them to collect. Money was deducted multiple times from my bank account. Multiple divisions was phoned to resolve issue, but no success. after 3 Months they threaten me with being black listed and cutting of my phone. Eventually they cut my line and said we can go to our lawyers and see how far we can go!!! and I must still pay the laptop that they did collect. My Husband also phoned them multiple times but still no result. We Even have (Auto Call Recorder) Recordings of the attempts between Vodacom and myself/husband to get it resolved.We are being directed every time to Multiple divisions and every time we need to explain all over again. Multiple supervisors were spoken to (Namely Patricia/ Mos) but still nothing. Now we are being harassed by their mistake of Bait adverti*****t!!!!! Recordings is available. even told them that I will not pay a sent till resolved.
