#BADSERVICEMUSTFALL
<p>I went to vodacom in Mamelodi crossing (Denlyn) yesterday since i had made an order for a screen protecter for A5 (2016) and one for Iphone 6, the lady at the couter took her time to notice me and took her time to offer me her assistance, as i was calmly explaining to her what i am looking for she instantly reached for the one product without even waiting for me to finish speaking. Eventully with an attitude she came with both the screen protectors of which the price on both the packs was R149, however she then informed me after scanning the produts that one of the screen protectors is R169, the prices changed last week. she then went to the back for a good 20minutes to recheck the price and came back to tell me that this is the new price and she cannot do anything about it even though the price was stating that it is R149 i have to pay R169 if i want the product since the manager was not there to clearify this to me. </p>

15 Feb 2017, 10:35I am sad to report that there has not been any feedback from this communication. This gives me the impression that the entire Vodacom has the same attitude towards customers. Does it really take the business 2 months to respond to a complaint?
