Baddest service provider ever

I canceled my contract at vodacom biginnig of the year as i had so many time that they just cut off my phone for no reason my account was always payed. I want to get a new contract from another company then they told me vodacom has handed me over. I never got any emails from them that said i own them money and no attorney contacted me. So i contacted the attorney last week that said the will send me a email so that i can clear my record. Till today no email was send. I looked no the attorney MBD and so many people reported it as a ****. How can i clear my name with such useless franchise.
