Baddest Fiber Service Profider.

We moved and need to relocate our Fiber as well, Vodacom should have phoned me by the 1st of October so that we can arrange instalation afther they did not phone i phoned then I got an consoltend that help me unfortinitly I need to ask for feedback 2 or 3 times before he would awnser me, we are now almost in the middle of November with no instalation, I requested a cancellation because clearly Vodacom can not profide me with the serves they said they can and a very poor serves in any case, so I send the guy emails after he said he will help with the cancelation there once again no feedback and I need the cancelation letter from them so that I can move my fiber to a provider that has no problem to install at a moments notice, so yesterday I phoned vodacom, they where once again unable to help and said they can see I already have an agent helping mee they will ask him for feedback the morning I send an email to him aswell and got no feedback. I would like for them to come collect there router and send me a cancelation letter. Vodacoms service are so bad already I did think it could get worse but it is. Would never recoment them as a service profider
