Bad wolf vodacom

So I received a message today that I can purchase 1gb of data to be used on social media, I thought good shot some Youtube this evening, but sadly I came to realize to late that my own data was used and not the data I bought. So I logged a call with customercare just to be informed that youtube falls under another genre called "video ticket", and it was my loss. I tried conveying to the rep taking my call that according to my knowledge Youtube is social media, as also is a general sentiment, she actually agreed to. She said that thete is a link to stipulate what the different "tickets"(genres) are for you to make a choice which was no where to be found. So people please be aware, youtube is not considered social media by vodacom, they will take you data when you are unawares. #shameonvodacom
