Bad WiFi / internet connection

We have a LTE contract form Vodacom for 25 mbs up- and 25 mbs download speed.

We are usually between 0.5 and 10. On the 20th we could not even run a speed test!

My daughter is a online student and after many attempts with Vodacom Mimosa our problem is not solved. We have even been to Vodacom Southern Centre..... No joy!

The contract is in my wife's name.
