BAD VODACOM SERVICEW
I took out a Vodacom contract at Vodacom 4U Table Bay, Table View, Cape Town on 28/3/2018... the first ever cellular contract phone. I have been a vodacom prepaid customer for the last 30+ years.
I am DISGUSTED by the service.
My phone is my income!! and every since day 1 I have to phone in almost everyday or email the branch to have a soft lock removed off my account!!
This is ridiculous and I am not impress by the service of the branch and Vodacom.
